# Étapes:

01 - Slice each mini croissant horizontally, ensuring a hinge remains so they open without separating completely.
02 - Spread goat cheese or brie onto the bottom half of each croissant.
03 - Arrange a slice of prosciutto, smoked turkey, or salami atop the cheese, then add a slice of cheddar or additional brie as preferred.
04 - Place a cornichon and a fig half or a couple of grape halves inside each filled croissant.
05 - Drizzle lightly with honey or add a dab of grainy mustard, according to taste.
06 - Gently close each croissant and secure with a cocktail pick or small skewer.
