 - Toppings & Assembly: 1 cup (170 g) semisweet chocolate chips, 1 tbsp (14 g) unsalted butter, Red, green, and white sprinkles, 12 wooden skewers
 
Instructions
- Prep Oven and Sheet:
 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Make Profiterole Dough:
 - In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until mixture forms a ball and pulls away from sides. Remove from heat, let cool 5 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
